Kevin Neal Willoughby, 44, of Mt. Sterling passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born April 30, 1975 to Katherine Geneva Willoughby and the late Issac Willoughby.

He was survived by, his life partner, Elizabeth Hall; one son, Logan Neal Willoughby; two brothers, Leonard Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, KY; three sisters, Charlene Tipton (Larry) of Jeffersonville, KY, Sally Cundiff (Timothy) of Jeffersonville, KY and Arlene Elliott (Jeff) of Jeffersonville, KY.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Willoughby.

Funeral services will be 1 PM, Monday, November 18, 2019 at Taul Funeral Home with brother Willie Hargus Gordon officiating and burial following at Willoughby-Martin Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 AM-1 PM, Monday, November 18, 2019 at Taul Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Lenville Hall Jr, Timothy Shawn Martin, Henry McActeer, Blake Merrell, Robbie Puckett, LJ Clayton, Donnie Martin and Todd Cundiff.
