Larry J. Ousley, 70, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Hospice Care Plus Compassionate Care Center. He was born May 18, 1949 to the late Alonzo and Goldie Frasure Ousley. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and a member of Bethel Baptist Church of Frenchburg, KY. He was a Police Officer and a retired Police Academy Instructor at Eastern Kentucky University.  He's a Navy and Army Vietnam Veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Ousley of Richmond, KY; two sons, Johnathan Brannon of Louisville, KY and Terry Hale (Alisha) of Elizabethtown, KY; two daughters, Daphne Cane (Michael) of McKee, KY and Stephanie Carson (Russell) of Richmond, KY; nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

A private family graveside service will be held 11 AM, Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Mack Cemetery with Rev. Buddy Rhodes and Rev. Tim Rhodes officiating. Pallbearers will be Jacob Burton, Michael Burton, Aaron Burton and Bradon Carson.
