Lee M. Chadwick Hurst, 51, of Mt. Sterling passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital.  He was born December 7, 1969 to Jerry Ferguson and Linda Hurst Ferguson.  He was a truck driver for Rogers Pipe Trucking.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons, Blake Hurst (Ashley Smith) of Carlisle, KY and Chad Hurst of Bardstown, KY; one daughter, Kirsten Lee Hurst of Winchester, KY; his significant other, Pamela Roland; one step-brother, Robbie Ferguson; one step-sister, Jenny Miller; one uncle, Mark Hurst; two aunts, Teresa Barnett and Dr. Judy Holtman; two grandchildren, Artemis Hurst and Angel Smith; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Leonard and Mary Lou Garrell Hurst and Donald Long; and paternal grandparents, Joyce and Paul Curry.

Funeral service will be held 1 PM, Friday, September 10, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jesse Kline officiating, burial following at North Middletown Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 11-1 PM, Friday, September 10, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Blake Hurst, Joe Linville, Floyd Davis, Anthony Davis, Robert Setters, Johnathon Hayes and Charles Kenny.
