Linda Kay Bilbrey, 74, of Mt. Sterling passed away Friday, February 17, 2023 at University of Kentucky Hospital.  She was born September 13, 1948 in Mt. Sterling, KY to the late Irvin Pelfrey and Norma Mae Wilson.  She retired from Bluegrass Station and Jockey International.

She is survived by her husband, Ted Bilbrey of Mt. Sterling, KY; son, Michael Bilbrey (Dawn) of Versailles, KY; daughter, Tina Curley (David) of Wilmington, NC; brother, Seldon Pelfrey (Marjorie) of Jeffersonville, KY; sisters, Arnis Bailey of Winchester, KY and Sharon Hatton (Larry) of Stanton, KY; grandchildren, Allison Bilbrey and Katelyn Curley; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, Kendall Pelfrey, Charles Pelfrey, Dale Pelfrey, Glenwood Pelfrey, Gerald Pelfrey and Doug Pelfrey.

Funeral services will be held 12 PM, Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lowell Rice and Glenn Sizemore officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 5-8 PM, Monday, February 20, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Michael Bilbrey, David Curley, Paul Roberts, Darrell Boone, Bobby Dale Pelfrey, Adam Barnett and Andrew Barnett.
