Linda Underwood, 69, of Winchester passed away Thursday, September 12, 2024 at her residence.  She was born May 25, 1955 in Montgomery County, KY to the late Riley Willoughby and Evelyn Parker.  She worked in retail, loved all animals on this earth and to take care of cats, dogs and birds.

She is survived by a son, Bobby Shane Underwood of Louisville, Ky; brother, Donnie Shields (Edie) of Mt. Sterling, Ky; sisters, Brenda Jordan of Lexington, KY and Sandra Ann Middleton (Gary Wooley) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and two grandchildren.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
