Lisa Gay Moore, 63, of Harrison Avenue, Mt. Sterling, Kentucky passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021 at the St. Joseph Mt. Sterling Hospital.  She was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky on September 1, 1957 the daughter of the late Bobby and Wilma Pergram Otis.  She was a retired medical clerk at Gateway Children's Services, a member of Freedom Church of God on Levee Road, and a Brownie and Girl Scout Troop Leader.

She is survived by her husband, David Moore of Mt. Sterling; three daughters, Brandi Jo May of Aberdeen, NC, Lindsy Michelle May of Mt. Sterling and Krystin Lee Poore of Danville, KY; one sister, Michelle Crockett of Mt. Sterling; a special cousin, Julie (Keith) Dragoo of Mt. Sterling; eight grandchildren, Jocelyn Moore, Lauren Shanks, Brooklyn Bates, Kylie Poore, Cina Poore, Deeanna Poore, Malakai Moore and Aniya Ingram; one great grandchild, Kason Shanks.

Memorial services will be at 2 PM, Thursday, May 13, 2021 at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kelly Poe officiating.  Friends may visit Thursday from 1 pm - 2 pm at the Taul Funeral Home.
