Lucy Spencer, 83, of Mt. Sterling passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling Hospital.  She was born October 28, 1938 to the late Allen and Nina Bailey Spencer.  She was a member of Christian Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by her husband, Arlie Kenneth Spencer of Mt. Sterling, KY; two sons, Terry Wayne Spencer of Lexington, KY and Johnny Dale Spencer (Rosa) of Jeffersonville, KY; three step children, Brian Ward, Greg Ward and Renee Ward; one brother, Darrell Spencer of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Lois Anderson (Willard) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and six step grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers; and one sister.

Funeral service will be held 12 PM, Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Barnes officiating, burial following at Spencer Family Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 11-12 PM, Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.
