Mae Belle Kimbrell Hall Walker, age 98, of Mt. Sterling passed away Friday, March 11, 2022 at the St. Joseph- Mt. Sterling Hospital.  Mae Belle was a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, born to the late Shirley Kimbrell and Annie Martin Kimbrell Setters.  She is a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She enjoyed going to church, her church family, quilting and antique shopping.

Mae Belle is survived by her daughter, Pam Hall (G. T.) Shepherd of Versailles; one granddaughter, Janice Shepherd of Covington; sisters-in-law, Katherine Kimbrell and Josephine Wingate of Mt. Sterling; several very special nieces and nephews; and very special caregivers and friends, Beverly Miles and Beverly Peters.

In addition to her parents, Mae Belle was preceded in death by her husbands, Vernon Hall and Paul Walker Sr.; brothers, James (Mary Catherine), Leslie, Paul (Carole), Ed (Bonnie), Billy Ray and Shirley Gene Kimbrell.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Lloyd Latimer officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 12-2 PM, Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Darrell Moore, Larry Martin, Ken Conatser, Jeremy McClanahan and David Coons.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Beverly Miles and Melody Brooks.  In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church, PO Box 631, Mt. Sterling, KY 40353 and St. Claire Hospice, 201 Lyons Avenue, Morehead, KY 40351.
