Maria Martinez, 52, of Hillsboro passed away, Saturday, June 19, 2021 at her residence.  She was born November 16, 1968 to the Magdaleno Martinez Navarro and the late Avelina Aguirre Romero.  She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and a farmer.

She is survived by her husband, Adelfo Perez Ornela of Hillsboro, KY; father, Magdaleno Martinez Navarro of San Blas, Mexico; one daughter, Darlene Perez Martinez; and eleven bothers and sisters, Margarita M. Romero of Louisville, KY, Esteban M. Romero of Springdale, AK, Caritino M. Aguirre of Delco, NC, Catalino M. Aguirre of Delco, NC, Maria M. Aguirre of Delco, NC, Tirso M. Aguirre of Delco, NC, Omar M. Aguirre of Delco, NC, Marfelia M. Aguirre of Delco, NC, Zocorro M. Aguirre of San, Blas, Mexico, Josue M. Aguirre of San Blas, Mexico and Eliazar M. Aguirre of Delco, NC.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by one brother, Juan Martinez.

A funeral service will be held 1 PM, Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel burial will be at a later date in San Blas, Mexico.  A visitation will be held 10 AM-1 PM, Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.
