Wife, Sister, Aunt, and friend to many, Marie Francis Bowles Hunt of Bethel, Kentucky entered fully into the presence of the Lord on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at the age of 60.

She was born on June 28, 1962 in Mt. Sterling, KY to the Late Pete and Annie Jo Bowles.

Marie is survived by her loving Husband Billy G Hunt of 25 years; her two Sisters Sheryl (Robert) Wilson of Mt. Sterling, KY and Kelly (George) Adams of Mt. Sterling, KY; a niece Whitney (Marc Williams); nephews Robbie (Amanda) Wilson, Nick (Haley) Adams, James (Courtney) Adams, Keith Bowles, Brandy Bowles, Selena Bowles; her great nephews, Gabriel, John, Jace, Rowan, Colt, Maverick; great nieces Adalynn, Annabelle, Maddison, Victoria; and members of her extended Hunt Family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Bailey Ed Bowles; and nephew Seth Bowles.

Marie met the love of her life Billy Hunt 40 years ago and was married January 10, 1997.  They enjoyed taking Sunday drives when they could.  Billy bought Marie a very special present in 2007; her dachshund Sadie Jo that she loved so deeply.  She worked at Kentucky Textiles/ SEKRI for 25 years in Paris, KY.

Marie's parents instilled in her to love big, to care for others, and to cherish every moment with family and friends and that is what she did.  In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting, decorating her house, watching Hallmark Christmas movies, and using Facebook to connect, uplift, and pray for others and in doing that made many friends.

Marie wanted her sisters to know that she did not only think of them as sisters but her best friends along with her best friend Phyllis Rawlings.

Marie has completed her mission her on Earth and will be missed by so many.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Doug Routt officiating, burial will following at Longview Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 11-1 PM, Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Ralph Hunt, Harry Hunt, Ricky Purvis, Johnny Purvis, Tanner Ward, Austin Charles, Allen Crouch and Randall Wilson.  Honorary pallbearers will be Walter Shrout, George Adams, Robert Wilson, David Dailey, Robbie Wilson, Whitney Adams, James Adams, Nick Adams, Brandy Bowles, Selena Bowles and Keith Bowles.
