Marilyn Spencer Cook, 56, of Mt. Sterling passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at Clark Regional Medical Center.  She was born October 18, 1964 to the late Cecil and Maudie Gilvin Spencer.

She is survived by one brother, Russell Spencer (Andrea) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and one sister, Sharon Richards (Tommy) of Mt. Sterling, KY.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Cook; one brother Stephen Spencer; one sister, Barbara Anderson; and one nephew, Christopher Richards.

A funeral service will be held 1 PM, Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Harry Richards officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery. A visitation will be held 12-1 PM, Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Daniel Hager, Victor Wiseman, Bradley Spencer, Tommy Richards and Nelson Jefferson.
