Mark Helton, 61, of Means passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at his residence.  He was born October 31, 1962 in Frenchburg, KY to the late Percy Helton and Maxine Lawson.  He was of the Pentecostal faith and he was a self-employed car painter and body.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Helton of Means, KY; son, Mark Helton (Samantha Bussell) of Means, KY; daughters, Amy Helton of Mt. Sterling, KY and Christy Ratliff (Steve) of Frenchburg, KY; brother, Bennie Helton (Connie) of Jeffersonville, KY; and twelve grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a grandchild, William Burchett.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Frenchburg with Phillip Means officiating, burial following at Helton Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 12-1 PM, Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Frenchburg. Pallbearers will be Mark Helton, William Burchett, Markus Helton, William Helton, Dylan Helton and Steve Ratliff.
