Martha Taulbee Manns, 71, of Mt. Sterling passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021 UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center.  She was born May 10, 1950 in Breathitt County, KY to the late John Taulbee and Goldie King.  She retired from Halsey's as a Manager/Retail Sales.

She is survived by one daughter, Pamela Keeton (Jimmie) of Mt. Sterling, KY; nine brothers, four sisters; and three grandchildren, James Christopher Keeton, Summer Keeton and Autumn Keeton.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Manns.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Frenchburg with Bro. Eddie Thomas, burial following at Shotgun Hollow Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 12-1 PM, Saturday, January 8, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Frenchburg.  Pallbearers will be Tom Southwood, Robert Hensley, Jonathon Hensley, Jeffery Taulbee, Bill "Bug" Taulbee, Brandon Back and two special guys "Marfie's Boys", Luke and Levi Hensley.
