Martha Marie Woosley, 86, of Clay City, KY passed away Sunday, October 19, 2025 at her residence.  She was born January 8, 1939 in Winchester, KY to the late Walter Scott Aldridge and Carrie Vina Mae Strange.

She is survived by daughters, Jessie Louise Jordan (Patrick) of Stanton, KY, Carrie Ann Bailey (Phillip Grizzle) of Glasgow, KY, Barbara Chapman (Ed) of Manchester, TN, Diana Bailey (Steve Dudek) of Springhill, TN and Ruby Reid of Argyle, TX; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ealie Gordon Woosley, Jr.; a son, Warren Scott Bailey; five half-brothers; a sister, Gracie McPherson; and a half-sister.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Friday, October, 24, 2025 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ronald Gene Johns, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 11 AM-1 PM, Friday, October 24, 2025 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Patrick Jordan, Ronnie Whisman, Ryan Jordan, Danny Ray Plowman, Everett Ginter, Jimmy Markland, David Catron and Ronnie Diedrich.  Honorary pallbearer Marty Allen Dennis.
