McKinley Walker, Jr., 90, of Mt. Sterling passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025 at his residence.  He was born January 17, 1935 in Mt. Sterling, KY to the late McKinley Walker, Sr. and Vinnia Allen Walker.  He attended Fairview Christian Church, was a member of Kentucky Christian Missionary Convention and was a retired self-employed Masonry and Construction Worker.  He was also a US Army Veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Dilla Walker of Mt. Sterling, KY; son, Ondrae Walker (Jerry) of Lexington, KY; daughters, Ka'saundra Walker of Lexington, KY, Bridigett Jones (Steve) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Trinia Drisker (Cortez) of Mt. Sterling, KY; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Sophia Dowdell; and a sister Emma Gales.

Funeral services will be held 12 PM, Saturday, May 31, 2025 at High Street Christian Church, Mt. Sterling, KY with Rev. William Newell officiating, burial following at Walkers Memorial Gardens, Mt. Sterling, KY.  Visitation will be held 11 AM-12 PM, Saturday, May 31, 2025 at High Street Christian Church.  Pallbearers will be Eddie Campbell, Kinley Drisker, Tracey Garrett, Cori Ellis, Ta'Shawn Lee and Steve Jones.  Honorary pallbearers will be Trinia Drisker, Cortez Drisker, Fred Groves and Jack Sterling.
