Michael Sidney Ross, 75, of Mt. Sterling passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 at his residence.  He was born January 24, 1947 to the late Clifford Ross and Leona Vice in Sharpsburg, KY.  He was a member of First United Methodist Church, a retired truck driver for Bluegrass Army Depot and a Vietnam Era Army Veteran.

He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Andrea Ross of Mt. Sterling, KY; two sons, Joshua Ross (Emily Clancy) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Scott Ross (Angela) of Crestview, KY; and four grandchildren, Shelby Ross, Mark Ross, Colten Ross and Alivia Ross.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Shelley.

A funeral service will be held 11 AM, Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Daniel Burch officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Doug Toy, Barry Toy, Michael Morris, Tim Morris, Robin Munday and Sanford Vice.  Honorary pallbearers will be Glenn King, James Morris, Mike Dickerson, Denver Begley, Alan Linton, Vince Browning and David Morris.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First United Methodist Church Mt.
