Michael Elijah Woodard, 54, of Jeffersonville passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at his home.

He was born October 3, 1968 in Mt. Sterling Ky to Clinton and Linda Woodard. Mike did not know a stranger and loved everyone. Always displaying his affection with many hugs and kisses. He enjoyed watching the tv series, The Little House on The Prairie. He will be dearly missed by many, but with much comfort in knowing, he passed this life and was swiftly ushered into Glory to be with his Jesus.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers, Ricky Woodard (Debbie) and Jeff Woodard (Beverly); sister Angie Woodard (Gary) all of Mt. Sterling. Numerous nieces and nephews, Jacob and Baron Woodard, Aleah Woodard, Tiffany and Luke Webb, Susan and Ricky Woodard, Jr, Heather and Misty Hatton, Hadleigh Hatton and Harlow Hatton. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Lee and Carrie Woodard and Charlie and Leeonia Barnett.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Monday, January 30, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Raymond Townsend officiating, burial following at Woodard Family Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11 AM-1 PM, January 30, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Jeff Woodard, Jacob Woodard, Baron Woodard, David Woodard, Walter Shrout and Steve Allen. Honorary pallbearer Charlie Conkright.
