Mildred Boles, 87, of Denniston passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024 at her residence.  She was born March 14, 1937 in Anderson, SC to the late Charles Porter and Kathleen Griffen.  She attended Holiness Family Worship Center in Frenchburg, KY and was a retired CNA for Richard Campbell Veterans Center.

She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Welch (Ronald) of Denniston, KY and Charlene Boles Stamper (James) of North Middletown, KY; twelve grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; and thirty-nine great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Boles; daughters, Linda Faye Simpson and Vickie Elrod; and sister, Betty Warren.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at Holiness Family Worship Center on Tom Stamper Road, Frenchburg with Rev. Herman Chambers and Timothy Fletcher officiating, burial following at Morrison Welch Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Holiness Family Worship Center.  Pallbearers will be Frankie Kidd, Ray Elrod, Jason Pelfrey, James Stamper, Thomas Forrest, Sam Elrod and Charlie Elrod.  Honorary Pallbearer will be Ronald Welch.
