Nancy Jean Fraley, 60, of Mt. Sterling, KY passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at her residence.  She was born May 25, 1965 in Wilmington, OH to the Lucian and Barbara Rupert Cecil.  She was a former member of Montgomery County Homemakers Club; crafting was her favorite thing and spending time with family.

She is survived by her husband Virgil Fraley of Mt. Sterling, KY; sons, Alan Fraley (Katie) of Jeffersonville, KY and Matt Fraley (Kayla Yarber) of Mt. Sterling, KY; brothers, Lucian Cecil (Becky) of Harrodsburg, KY, Gary Cecil (Beth) of Lake Butler, FL; Courtney Cecil (Amy) of Jeffersonville, KY and Tim Cecil (Judy) of Jeffersonville, KY; grandchildren, Mason Fraley, Kelby Fraley, Kenzie Fraley and Maya Fraley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Jeff Cecil, Bobby Cecil and Danny Joe Cecil.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Monday, April 13, 2026 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Skidmore officiating.  Visitation will be held 12-1 PM, Monday, April 13, 2026 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.
