Nancy L. Jones, 62, of Mt. Sterling passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital Mt. Sterling.  She was born August 9, 1959 to the late William Lovelace and Catherine Wilson.  She was the owner of Jones Grocery on Queen Street.

She is survived by a son, Charles E. Jones of Mt. Sterling, KY; a daughter, Amanda VaLandingham of Mt. Sterling, KY; two grandchildren, Kayla Taulbee and Dakota VaLandingham; and three great grandchildren, Klayton Taulbee, Kooper Pennington and Emory VaLandingham.

A Celebration of Life will be held 11-1 PM, Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Markey Cancer Center, 115 Waller Avenue, Suite 204, Lexington, KY 40503.
