Nell Ann Willoughby Scott, 62, of Mt. Sterling passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at St. Joseph Hospital.  She was born July 29, 1960 to the late Brack and Cora Stigall Willoughby.  She retired from Mary Chiles Hospital as a Nurse.

She is survived by brothers, Donald Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, KY, Eddie Willoughby (Camelia) of Waverly, TN, James Willoughby (Missy) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Chester Willoughby (Faye) of Bath County, KY; and grandchildren, Waylon Scott and Serenity Arnold.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ora Scott, Jr; son, Corey Scott; daughter, Rhea S. Willoughby; brothers, Stanley Willoughby and Gaylord Willoughby; and sisters, Carolyn Sue Yarber and Nancy E. Brown.

Memorial service will be held 12 PM, Monday, February 27, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Robbie Conn officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 9 AM-12 PM, Monday, February 27, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearer will be Jeff Yarber.
