Norma C. Thomas, 80, of Mt. Sterling passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021 at her residence.  She was born April 8, 1941 to the late William Cletus Rowe and Gladys Powell.  She was aide at Windsor Care Center.

She is survived by four sons, James Oakley (Lisa) of Stanford, KY, Tim Oakley (Lisa) of Mt. Sterling, KY, William Adkins (Heather) of Jeffersonville, KY and James Adkins of Mt. Sterling, KY; one daughter, Gail Tincher (Ralph) of Sharpsburg, KY; two brothers, Elmer Rowe (Nancy) of Frenchburg, KY and Arlie Rowe of Frenchburg, KY; one sister, Edna Mae Ingram of Frenchburg, KY; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Kelly Thomas; two brothers, Buddy Rowe and James Rowe; and two sisters, Minnie Miller and Effie Moore.

Graveside service will held 1 PM, Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Machpelah Cemetery with Bro. Scott Barnes officiating, burial following. Pallbearers will be John Hughes, Timothy Oakley, William Adkins, James Oakley, Doug Moore and James Adkins.
