Omer L. Wilson, 76, of Jeffersonville, KY passed away Friday, February 23, 2024 at his residence.  He was born April 9, 1947 in Montogomery County, KY to the late Omer Clay and Gladys Curtis Wilson.  He attended Jeffersonville Baptist Church and worked for Walker Construction for 40 years.

He is survived by his wife, Beulah Jolley Wilson of Jeffersonville, KY; sister, Phyllis Byrd (Larry) of Mt. Sterling, KY; several nieces and nephews; Nikki Holley that was like a daughter; special nephew, Damon Haynes; and special niece, Alfreda Jefferson.

In addition to his parents, he preceded in death by daughter, Melissa Lynn Falin; and sisters, Sandy Thomas and Barbara Anderson.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Scott Barnes officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 10 AM-1 PM, Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Damon Haynes, Joey Jefferson, Billy Reed, Rusty Dunn Jr, Roger White and Scotty Reddix.  Honorary pallbearers will be David Myers, Larry Byrd, Nelson Jefferson, Danny Townsend, Stewart Morton, Kevin Rose and Patrick Dragoo.
