Pamela L. Culbertson, 60, of Owingsville passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023 at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington.  She was born June 23, 1963 in Chicago, IL to the late Lonnie and Phyllis Dotson. She was of the Christian faith.

She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Conatser of Mt. Sterling, KY; and a daughter, Crystal Willoughby (Brian) of Mt. Sterling, KY; brothers David Dotson (Regina) and Henry Dotson (Tammy) all of Salt Lick, KY; sisters, Janice Blankenship (Steve); Ann Korwin all of Jeffersonville, KY; grandchildren, Whitney Willoughby and Zachary Willoughby; also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, John Layne and Lonnie Spencer.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, September 29, at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Justin Perkins officiating, burial following at the Lovely-Amburgey Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11-1 PM, Friday September 29, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.
