Pamela Kaye Keeton, 50, of Frenchburg, KY passed away Sunday, August 30, 2026 at her residence. She was born September 17, 1975 in Morehead, KY to the late William and Martha Manns. She was a member of Stanton Assembly of God Church. Pam loved life, family and children and this love was displayed openly and daily. By opening up her home to family and friends, and opening her heart to thirty-nine foster children, including three adopted children, Pam showed her devotion and love every day. Pam will be deeply missed and our hearts and prayers go out to the family she left behind.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Keeton; one son, James Christopher Keeton; two daughters, Summer Lynn Keeton and Autumn Leann Keeton; and a host of aunts and uncles.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, John and Goldie Taulbee; paternal grandparents, Frank and Lillie Manns; and a host of aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Thursday, September 3, 2026 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Mt. Sterling with Bro. James Keeton and Bro. J.R. Keeton officiating with burial following at Community Cemetery in Frenchburg, KY. Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Mt. Sterling. Pallbearers will Jimmy Keeton, Christopher Keeton, Lowell Keeton, Taylor Hensley, Derrick Hensley, Joseph Back and Zach Hensley.
