Paul Highley, 100, of Lexington, KY passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Baptist Health Hospital.  He was born January 21, 1923 in Mt. Sterling, KY to the late Joseph Highley Sr. and Laura Chandler Highley.  He was a member of First Nazarene Church and retired from Rector-Haydon Realty as a Realtor.  He loved God, his wife and family, the Cincinnati Reds and UK Basketball.

He is survived by sons, Paul Highley of Plano, TX, Tom Highley (Julie) of Cincinnati, OH and Neil Highley (Valerie) of Lexington, KY; and six grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Molly Marie Lockett Highley; daughter, Pamela McGlothin; and brothers, Joseph Highley, Jr., Floyd Highley and Dailey Cartmal.

Visitation will be held 12 PM-1 PM, Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services starting at 1 PM with Rev. Ken Southgate officiating.  A private family burial will be held at Winchester Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Tom Highley, Neil Highley, Jacob Highley, Matt Highley, Sean Highley and Dale Lockett.
