Paul Edward Slemp, 69, of Richmond Ave, Mt. Sterling, Kentucky passed away Monday, July 6, 2020 at his residence.  He was born in Montgomery County, Kentucky on August 24, 1950 the son of the late Patton and Martha Martin Slemp.  He was a retired factory worker at Freeman's, Inc. and a member of the Queen Street Christian Fellowship.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Neal Slemp of Mt. Sterling, KY; one sister, Geneva Campbell of Camargo, KY; nephews, Gayle Campbell, Gary Campbell, Herman Ray Campbell, Ricky Campbell, Charles Campbell and Roger Slemp; nieces, Rita Howard, Elizabeth Slemp, Audra Mae Slemp and Corrina Charles.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Eugene Slemp and Homer Slemp.

Funeral services will be 1 PM, Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tracy Crouch officiating.  Friends may visit Wednesday from 12 noon til 1 PM at the Taul Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers donations suggested to Karen Slemp to defer funeral cost.
