Paula Rae Horn, 68, of Mt. Sterling, KY passed away Monday, June 30, 2025 at University of Kentucky Hospital.  She was born November 29, 1956 in England to the late Paul and Caroline Campbell Horn.  She worked at Quality Manufacturing and was a member of the Cattlemen's Association.

A graveside service will be held 1 PM, Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Crown Hill Cemetery with John Baker officiating.  Pallbearers will be Robert Whalen, Logan Miller, Wayne Wimor, Michael Miller and Randy Cockrell.
