Ralph E. Toy, 78, of Owingsville passed away Friday, August 6, 2021 at the University of Kentucky Hospital.  He was born July 17, 1943 to the late Eugene and Mildred Sexton Toy.  He was a member of the East Willow Church of God, Scottsville, KY and retired from AO Smith after 42 years of service.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Ann Richards Toy of Owingsville, KY; one son, Randy Toy (Janet) Mt. Sterling, KY; one daughter, Marla Kay Toy Gilvin (Duane) of Mt. Sterling, KY; four grandchildren, Hannah Toy Patrick (Andrew), Shelby Toy Center (Keith), Tyler Gilvin and Austin Gilvin; and two great grandchildren, Rhett Center and Audrey Patrick.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Ray Toy and Bobby Scott Toy.

A funeral service will be held 1 PM, Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny Patrick officiating, burial following at Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 11-1 PM, Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.
