Rev. Randal Ray Wyant, 89, of Mt. Sterling passed away Friday, July 1, 2022 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling.  He was born September 29, 1932 to the late Ephriam Wyant and Orga Reedy.  He retired from ministry after 70 years, he served as pastor for Little Paint Church of God in East Point, KY, Buffalo First Church of God in Buffalo, WV, Cottle First Church of God in Craigsville, WV, Camargo First Church of God in Camargo, KY, Gateway Church of God in Mt. Sterling, KY and West Bend Church of God in Clay City, KY and he was also a Korean War Veteran.

He is survived by a son, Tom Wyant (Melissa) of Mt. Sterling, KY; daughter, Sheryl Pullon of Mt. Sterling, KY; seven grandchildren, Katherine Wyant, Caroline Wyant, Steven Tyree, Sara Tyree, Amy Tyree, Stacy Pullon and Jason Pullon.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Carol Janey Wyant; four brothers, Richard Wyant, Lee Wyant, Mervin Wyant and Cecil Wyant; and three sisters, Maxine Harmon, Ivy Raynes Bailes and Janice Roberts.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Gateway Church of God Fogg Pike, Mt. Sterling, KY with Rev. Bill Konstantopolous, Rev. Mark Caldwell and Rev. David Dooley.  Visitation will be held 6-8 PM, Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Gateway Church of God Fogg Pike, Mt. Sterling, KY.  Pallbearers will be Luke Dragoo, Bobby Joe Watkins, Dwayne Jamison, Mike Flynn, Wendell Stacy and Shane Barnes. Taul Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.
