Richard Watkins, 62, of Mt. Sterling passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling.  He was born March 28, 1960 to the late George and Mary Yates Watkins.  He was a self-employed Landscaper.

He is survived by his wife, Paula Gail Watkins of Camargo, KY; three sons, Bud Wells, Joshua Watkins and Jeramiah Watkins all of Indiana; three daughters, Kimberly Watkins, Whitney Watkins, and Ricci Gail Watkins all of Indiana; and a sister, Grace Jones of Indiana.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Megan Watkins.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Indiana.
