Roselyn J. Goodpaster, 85, of Bunker Hill Road passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022 at St. Joseph Hospital Lexington.  She was born August 18, 1937 in Mt. Sterling to the late Walter Jack Goodpaster and Arlie Mildred Pergram.  She was a member of Somerset Christian Church, owned Roselyn's Academy of Dance, she like to paint and was very artistic.

She is survived by son, David Lee II (Susan) of Shelbyville, KY; daughter, Scarlett Lee Polsgrove (Tony) of Mt. Sterling, KY; two sisters, Robin Whitehouse of Louisville, KY and Bonnie Trachsel of Danville, KY; and four grandchildren, David Lee III, Baron Lee, Genia Lee and Loring Lee.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, David L. Lee; son, Christopher Lee, three brothers, Dallas Goodpaster, Phillip Goodpaster and Steve Goodpaster; and sister, Deloris Thompson.

Funeral services will be held 12 PM, Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Carl Wagoner officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11 AM -12 PM, Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.
