Ruby Jean Brown, 90, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Boonespring of Boone County. She was born October 7, 1929 to the late Charles and Mae Jones Tapp. She was a member of Hope Church of God and retired from Whirlpool Inspector.

She was survived by one daughter, Charlene McDonald (Joseph) of Ft. Thomas, KY and two grandchildren, Stuart Powell and Conner Powell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Brown; one brother, Quentin Tapp; and one sister, Juanita Reed.

A graveside service will be held 2 PM, Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Fortune Cemetery with Rev. Glenn Sizemore officiating.  Taul Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.
