Rubye Frances Todd Thomas, 94, of Mt. Sterling passed away Sunday, May 17, 2020 at her residence. She was born February 6, 1926 to the late Clell and Nancye Steele Todd. She was a member of Spears Mill Baptist Church, Paris, KY.

She is survived by three sons, James A. Thomas, Jr. (Linda) of Winchester, KY, Sammy Thomas of Winchester, KY and Rick Joseph Thomas (Mildred) of Bonnyman, KY; six grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.

A private family graveside service will be held at North Middletown Cemetery with Rev. Lee Cruise officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made St. Jude Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Mempis, TN 38105-9959.
