Sarah Conway Hatton, 89, of Sharpsburg passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021 at her residence.  She was born October 13, 1932 to the late Avery and Elizabeth Howard Johnson.  She was a member of Church of Latter Day Saints.

She is survived by a son, Jimmy Hatton (Barbara) of Nicholas Co. KY; a daughter, Patricia Townsend (John) of Sharpsburg, KY; eight grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James William Hatton; a brother, Avery Johnson, Jr.; and two sisters, Nancy Manley and Maxie McCarty.

A graveside service will be held 1 PM, Monday, November 22, 2021 at Crown Hill Cemetery with Pastor Wayne Manley officiating.  Pallbearers will be Mark Hatton and Greg Hatton. Honorary pallbearers will be Deron Sexton, Yolanda Sexton and Barry Sexton.
