Sheri Groen Willoughby, 53, of Mt. Sterling passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at her residence.  She was born October 5, 1970 in Winchester, KY to Mary L. Grayson and the late Kenneth L. Groen.  She attended Peeled Oak Christian Church and was an X-Ray Tech for First Care Treatment and Sterling Health Solutions.

She is survived by her mother, Mary L. Grayson of Mt. Sterling, KY; stepson, Colton Willoughby (Alex) of Florence, KY; stepdaughters, Amanda Wilson (Richard) of Chesapeake, VA and Khristina Cozart (Dillon) of Glencoe, KY; brother, Ken "Tater" Groen of Mt. Sterling, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lee Willoughby; stepfather, David Grayson; and stepsister, Kim Grayson.

Funeral services will be held 7 PM, Friday, September 20, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Billy Teegarden officiating.  Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, Friday, September 20, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Jordan Grayson, Chad Davis, Damon Haynes, Jeff Stephens, Ken Groen and Jake Rose.
