Teresa Kay Ross Manning, 52, of Wellington passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023 at St. Joseph Hospital Lexington.  She was born October 23, 1970 in Lexington to Lola Victoria Mayabb Ross and to the late John Clifford Ross.  She was a Licensed Nurses Aide for Johnson-Mathes Nursing Home and Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Lee Manning of Wellington, KY; mother, Lola Victoria Ross of Mt. Sterling, KY; sons, Charles Terrill, Jr of Wellington, KY, Jordan Barnett (Sara Adkins) of Millersburg, KY, Randy Manns (Whitney) of Frenchburg, KY, Johnny Manns of Rota, Spain and Gabe Ross of Wellington, KY; daughters, Marlena Geronimo (Victor) of Mt. Sterling, Ky and Ashley Haskins (TJ) of Millersburg, KY; brothers, Clifford Ross (Mary) of North Middletown, KY, Johnny Ross of Ewing, KY, Stanley Ross of Carlisle, KY and William Ross of Beattyville, KY; sister, Lisa Barnett (Jackie) of Carlisle, KY and Vickie Shepherd of Sharpsburg, KY; and nine children.

In addition to her to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Larry Ross.

A graveside service will be held 1 PM, Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Morrison-Welch Cemetery with Bro. Jeff Fannin officiating. Pallbearers will be Clifford Ross, Victor Geronimo, Tommy Johnson, Gage Ross, Johnny Manns, Bobby Manning, Jordan Bernett and Randy Manns.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made toward funeral expenses to Taul Funeral Home, 109 East Main Street, Mt.
