Teresa Dawn Williams, 64, of Mt. Sterling passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Central Baptist Hospital.  She was born April 16, 1958 in Mt. Sterling, KY to Emmitt Nealis and Betty Sue Conley.  She was a member of Church of God Mt. Sterling and retired from Gateway Dental.

She is survived by her husband, Gordon Williams of Mt. Sterling, KY; three sons, Robie Crockett (Jennifer) of Louisville, KY, Jacob Williams (Rachel) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Ryan Williams (Allison) of Cincinnati, OH; a brother, Victor Nealis of Winchester, KY; four sisters, Connie Spence (Stan) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Kim Gran (Eddie) of Lexington, KY, Cathy Sain (Billy) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Jenny Nealis of Mt. Sterling, KY; and four grandchildren, Ava Crockett, Ella Crockett, Ella Williams and Roland Williams.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Nealis.

Funeral services will be held 12 PM, Monday, January 16, 2023 at First Church of God Mt. Sterling with Rev. Jeff Perkins officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 5-8 PM, Sunday, January 15, 2023 at First Church of God Mt. Sterling.  Pallbearers will be Robie Crockett, Josh Nealis, Ryan Williams, Jacob Williams, Eric Hudson and Shannon Spence.  Honorary pallbearers will be Martha Short, Gwynne Tipton, Charity Holly, Jake Kidd and Andy Garner.  Taul Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.
