Thaddeus S. Zawadzki, 82, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the Life Care Center of Morehead. He was born October 23, 1937 to John and Anna Sarama Zawadzki. He was a dairy farmer who loved to hunt, fish and trap.

He is survived by one son, Jeff Zawadzki (Angela Beier) of Frankfort, KY; and three sisters, Eleanor Demarti, Irene Barrow and Deloris "Dodo" Cassidy, all of Florida.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Shelia Thompson Zawadzki.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Farmersville Cemetery in New York.
