Timothy Shayne Kelley, 69, of Richmond passed away Saturday, November 20, 2021 at his residence.  He was born March 20, 1952 to the late Steve D. Kelley and Georgia E. Arthur.  He was a retired Bus Driver for Montgomery County Board of Education and US Army Veteran.

He is survived by a son, Brett Kelley (Brandi) of Mt. Sterling, KY; a daughter, Haley Kelley (Garrett Ogden) of Nicholasville, KY; one brother, Larry Kelley (Peggy) of Richmond, KY; one sister, Kathy Kelley (Jimmy Dale) of Carlisle, KY; four grandchildren, Kyrstin Kelley, Trey Kelley, Jaxton, Kelley and Gatlin Ogden; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Don Kelley and Jerry Kelley; and three sisters, Betty Kelley Corbin, Sharon Kelley Lowery and Linda Kelley Thompson.

A memorial service will be held 3 PM, Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Kilgore officiating.  Visitation will be held 2-3 PM, Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  A burial service will be held at a later day at Camp Nelson.
