Wanda Lee Browning, 83, of Mt. Sterling passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Windsor Care Center.  She was born July 29, 1940 in Bourbon County, KY to the late George L. and Eva Tankersley Himes.  She was of the Christian Faith.

She is survived by sons, Ricky Browning of Lexington, KY, Frankie Browning of Jeffersonville, KY, Steve Browning (Charolette) of Paris, KY; David Browning of Jeffersonville, KY and Randy Joe Browning of Paris, KY; daughter, Tammy McCarty of Mt. Sterling, KY; several brothers and sisters; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Clay Browning; and a daughter, Debra Walters.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tim Morris officiating, burial following at Machpelah Cemetery.  Visitation will be 12 PM-1 PM, Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Gary Ginter, Bobby Ginter and Mun Hentz.
