Wanda Sue Owens, 67, of Mt. Sterling passed away Thursday, March 14, 2024 at her residence.  She was born March 27, 1956 in Louisville, KY to the late Arthur Tincher and Ida Katherine Smallwood.  She attended Rolling Hills Church of Christ, work in private duty nursing and housecleaning.  She loved the Lord and her family with all her heart.

She is survived by a son, Johnathon Craft (Owens) of Mt. Sterling, KY; daughter, Tabatha Michelle Craft of Mt. Sterling, KY; brother, Arthur R. Tincher, Jr. of Lexington, KY; sisters, Linda Willyard of Elizabethtown, KY, Katherine Markwell (Thomas) of Winchester, KY and Jean Markwell of Winchester, KY; grandchildren, Cassandra Sue Lee Coffey, Rebecca Hamm, Joshua Rothwell, Casey Kilgore and Macey Craft; and great-grandchildren, Haven Allen, Weston Fooks and Clayton Kilgore.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jeff Owens; son, Jason Aaron Craft; daughter, Crystal Shannon Craft Dees; and brothers, Charles Edward Tincher and James Melvin Tincher.

A memorial service will be held 6 PM, Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Rolling Hills Church of Christ with Dan Murphy officiating.
