Willa D. Neal, 74, of Jeffersonville passed away Monday, October 30, 2023 at St. Joseph Hospital Lexington.  She was born February 2, 1949 to the late Roscoe Neal and Christine Hall.  She attended Church of God Hope, Means, KY and work as a personal caregiver.

She is survived by son, Rick Burkett (Melinda) of Ezel, KY; daughter, Melody Stamper (Robert) of Wellington, KY; brother, Wayne Neal (Judy) of Owingsville, KY; sisters, Rhodema Daughtry of Frenchburg, KY and Debbie Neal of Jeffersonville, KY ; three grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Monday, November 6, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Williams officiating, burial following at Lovely Amburgey Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11 AM-1 PM, Monday, November 6, 2023 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Jonah Barnes, Andrew Barnes, Tanner Debusk, Scott Manning, Jeff Clemons and Danny Townsend.
