Willard Lincoln "Chief" Clem, 84, of Mt. Sterling passed away Monday, April 26, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital Lexington.  He was born August 2, 1936 to the late James and America Whitaker Clem.  He was a truck driver and mechanic for Maloney's and Walker Company.

He is survived to one daughter, Sheila Kline (JD) of Mt. Sterling, KY; two grandchildren, Katelyn Frazier (Brandon) and Joseph Kline; and one great grandchild, Haylee Frazier.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Lee Clem; one daughter, Linda Clem; two brothers, Walter Miller and Frank Miller; and three sisters, Callie Ashby West, Rachel Miller and Anna Clem.

A funeral service will be held 1 PM, Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Randall Jackson officiating, burial following at Knox Hill Cemetery.  A visitation will be held 11 AM-1 PM, Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Brandon Frazier, Mike Jones, Chris Jones, Mike Prater II and Brandon Baker. Honorary pallbearers will be Dale Risner, Mike Prater, George Jones and JR Jones.
