William Lewis Carroll, 75, of Owingsville, KY passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at his residence.  He was born May 14, 1950 in Harlan County, KY to the late Jess and Marie Stines Carroll.  He was a retired AT&T outside Tech for over 30 years.  He was an avid outdoorsman, loved to hunt and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, America Sue Carroll of Owingsville, KY; son, William Lewis Carroll, Jr. (Holly) of Owingsville, KY; and grandchildren, Dedrick Wayne Carroll and Dylan Scott Carroll.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Jessie Carroll.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2 PM, Monday, February 9, 2026 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Neil Salvaterra officiating.  Visitation will be held 1-2 PM, Monday, February 9, 2026 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel.
