William Orban Manns, 65, of Mt. Sterling passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at University of Kentucky Medical Center.  He was born September 27, 1955 to the late Frank and Lillie Large Manns.  He was a member of Stanton Assembly of God Church and retired from Leggett and Platt.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Taulbee Manns of Mt. Sterling, KY; one daughter, Pamela Keeton (Jimmie) of Mt. Sterling, KY; four brothers, Lee Manns (Mary) of Georgia, Glenn Manns (Sue) of Owenton, KY, Robert Manns (Sharon) of North Carolina and Curt Manns (Marilyn) of Washington; four sisters, Debra Brunet (Timothy) of Jackson, KY, Diane Coats of Louisiana, Shirley Jones (Harlan) of Dry Ridge, KY and Betty Lobuno (Tony) of Louisiana; three grandchildren, James Christopher Keeton, Summer Keeton and Autumn Keeton; and a special brother-in-law, Tom Southwood (Denise).

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Frankie Manns; and one sister, Elizabeth Southwood.

A memorial service will be held 1 PM, Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Frenchburg with Bro. Eddie Thomas officiating.  A visitation will be 12-1 PM, December 19, 2020 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Frenchburg.
