William Darrell Osborne, 73, of Stanley Clark Road, Wellington, Kentucky passed away Friday, May 7, 2021 at his residence.  He was born in Wellington, Kentucky on October 3, 1947 the son of the late Walter Scott and Virginia Dell Patterson Osborne.  He was a farmer and retired coal miner for Addington Industries in Pike County, Kentucky.  He was a member of Korea Church of God.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila Taulbee Osborne of Wellington, KY; two sons, Johnnie Clay (Deana) Dragoo of Mt. Sterling and Jamey Darrell Osborne of Wellington, KY; a daughter, Vanessa (Skyler) Adams of Morehead, KY; three sisters, Janie Osborne (Larry) Roach of Menifee County, Sharon Osborne (Glen) Patrick of Wellington and Janice Osborne Sipple of Winchester, KY; six grandchildren, Jami "Katey" Osborne, Haylee Staar Dragoo, Lakyn Rain Crum, Taylar McKinney, Torri McKinney and Trinity Storm Crum; and coming soon, Allison Virginia Rose Dragoo.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Rev. Lonnie Osborne.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at the Korea Church of God with Rev. David Hale officiating and burial following in the Ezel Cemetery.  Friends may visit Tuesday evening from 5 - 8 pm at the Taul Funeral Home in Frenchburg and on Wednesday from 11 -2 at the Korea Church of God.  Pallbearers will be Johnnie Dragoo, Jamey Osborne, Skyler Adams, Mark Simpson, Andy Roach and Dave Holdoroff.
